NC Defensive Driving Class FAQ
About the Class
Looking for a defensive driving class for a Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC)?
A Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC) can only be granted by a North Carolina judge, usually when you go to court or through your attorney. Some courts, DA offices and attorneys ask drivers to complete a defensive driving class when resolving a ticket, including when a PJC is being requested. Our live class gives you a certificate of completion you can share with your court or attorney. Confirm with them that our class meets their requirements before you enroll.
What is this class?
A live, instructor-led defensive driving class taught on Zoom for North Carolina drivers. We offer a 4-hour class ($30 during our Fall Flash Sale, reg. $50) and an 8-hour class ($60 during our Fall Flash Sale, reg. $100).
Who is it for?
Drivers with an NC traffic ticket, anyone asked by an NC court, district attorney, or attorney to complete defensive driving, employees who need a certificate for work, and adults who want to refresh their driving skills.
Will my court, DA, or employer accept it?
Acceptance is decided by whoever is requesting the class. Please confirm with your court, DA, attorney, or employer that a live online defensive driving class meets their requirement before you enroll.
Should I take the 4-hour or 8-hour class?
Take the number of hours listed on your court paperwork or employer request. If you are not sure, ask them before enrolling.
